across wide-area printing environments. KIP PrintNET
delivers versatile viewing, printing, job queue
management and system administration features
via the server without the need to install specialised
applications on network PCs.

This easy to understand operator interface allows the
selection of an unlimited number of files that may
each be individually printed up to 999 times within a
collated set. Individual printing parameters including
pen table settings, stamps, folding confi guration and
individual enlargement/reduction settings may be
efficiently designated by remote users.
Administrators have the ability to track printer usage
by confi guring detailed printing reports that may be
emailed to recipients on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
These reports may also contain raw print and scan log
file data for easy import into accounting software.

representation of graphics, photos and fine lines. Integrated image viewing

final printed product with custom image settings applied.

Users may select and send single or multiple files to KIP digital systems via
a local network or the internet. In addition, printing preferences may be
applied on a per-file basis or to a complete print job.
Account For Everything
KIP PrintNET generates customisable reports detailing all system usage at preset
intervals or on demand at any time. These reports contain data compatible
with spreadsheet applications for easy customisation and analysis.
System Information Delivered To You
