Dependent on the level of KIP Colour Software used with the KIP 2200, users benefit from a range of powerful capabilities that comprise these key functions:

Scan-to-File saves scanned documents to a network or hard drive directory, file system, or document management system. The electronic image can be edited with automatic or manual filters before saving, giving users control over image quality parameters and the image data.

Scan-to-Print (copy) enables users to produce high quality monochrome and color copies.   The KIP 2200 system is compatible with all KIP digital printers and major brands of inkjet printers.

Scan-to-Email enables users to scan a document directly into an Email message without opening an Email application and attaching a file. Creates and sends document as a JPEG file.

File-to-Print (RIP) Available with KIP Colour MAX, enables users to import a digital file (mono or color) into the KIP Colour software for printing on a KIP or Inkjet printer.   Users may preview image files and set adjustments prior to printing.
